Made from 12-ounce firm-hand 100% ring spun cotton duck canvas, the same durable duck Carhartt uses on its jackets and bibs, but with a feel that is broken in from the start rather than stiff like new workwear, the shell holds up through years of a dog's daily use without pilling, softening, or losing its structure. The exterior has a water-repellent coating so spills and damp dog coats bead up rather than soaking through to the fill. The baffle-constructed interior cushion keeps the polyester fiber fill evenly distributed across the full surface so the bed stays properly lofted year after year rather than developing the permanent flat spot in the middle that cheaper beds show after a few months of daily use, which is why verified buyers report this bed holding its shape after eighteen months. The washable shell removes via an extra wide YKK zipper concealed under a zipper flap and goes directly into a standard home washer. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalized items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
