This durable construction can be cooked in ovens, over coals, and on grills and standard or induction stovetops. Its octagonal structure features eight rounded corners and eight angled sides that facilitate pouring and lifting baked goods with a spatula. Waitstaff can securely grip the stainless steel spring handle during tableside service, while the helper tab on the opposing side adds grip support. To uphold the piece's upscale, warm-hued aesthetic, it's built with a hand-polished milled end cap that patinas similarly to the surface's bronze finish.
