Walrus Audio Deep Six
Put studio-grade compression on your pedalboard with the Deep Six Compressor V3.Inspired by the feel of the iconic 1176 rack compressor with a streamlined stompbox profile, the Deep Six gives you Level, Sustain, Attack, and Blend to dial in just the right amount of sonic transient control. Whether you're using single coils, humbuckers, or active pickups, the Deep Six keeps things clean and musical, thanks to its internal voltage doubling for added headroom and a blend circuit that helps tame distortion from hotter signals. The V3 adds a new tone control to help manage low-end buildup, top-mounted jacks for better pedalboard layout, and a soft relay switch for quiet, reliable operation. With updated artwork that nods to its roots and a smart circuit that corrects polarity issues automatically (do you really need to know), the Deep Six V3 is a go-to compressor whether you're evening out funk rhythms, adding sustain to leads, or tightening your low end.Walrus Audio Deep Six Compressor V3 FeaturesStudio-grade compression in a compact stompbox format inspired by the legendary 1176 rack unitLevel, Sustain, Attack, and Blend controls let you shape dynamics for a wide range of tones and stylesInternal voltage doubling boosts headroom, keeping your tone clean with high-output pickupsBlend control lets you maintain clarity and punch while controlling transients and sustainNew V3 Tone knob gives you control over low-end buildup, great for dialing in bass-heavy rigsTop-mounted jacks improve pedalboard real estate and routingSoft relay bypass switch offers quiet, reliable switching for stage and studio usePolarity correction circuit handles power inconsistencies automaticallyUpdated artwork by Adam Forster pays homage to the original designWalrus Audio Deep Six Compressor V3 SpecificationsTrue Bypass9V DC 40mA – 4.77 x 2.9 x 2.3 inches. The use of an isolated power supply is recommended for powering all Walrus Audio Pedals.
