Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: All weather traction; High speed controllability; Longer lasting tread life; Road Hazard Warranty offered by Falken; 30 Day Ride Guarantee offered by Falken; . OVERVIEW: The Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Falken offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with the H and V speed rated sizes and a 45,000 mile treadwear warranty with W speed rated sizes of this model.Falken offers a road hazard warranty with this tire. Road hazard damage is harm caused to the tire during its performance. It can occur in the form of punctures, bruises, or impact breaks when the tire is driven in normal driving conditions on a federal, state, and/or locally maintained road. Falken's road hazard covers the first 3/32nds of the tire's tread life or 2 years from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). The road hazard warranty is honored if the damage is unrepairable per the USTMA puncture repair guidelines. Additional restrictions and fees may apply.Falken also offers a Thirty (30) Day Ride Guarantee or 1,000 miles to try this model out. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, Falken provides this warranty for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. The returned tires must not show damage due to road hazards, incorrect operation or maintenance, or damage caused by external conditions. This offer is for tires operated in normal highway conditions within the U.S. or Canada and it excludes tires used in commercial service or racing applications. The tires must be returned to the original place of purchase, with the sales invoice and the proper documentation. The tire upgrades the all weather traction. The asymmetric tread design and the silica compound work together to improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, while the optimized tread elements and siping and groove placement upgrades the grip on the road surface. The tread's Canyon Groove Technology manages to further improve the winter weather, ice and snow gripping capability. The tread's circumferential and angled lateral grooves and the special Flask Siping pattern improves the hydroplaning resistance, which avoids wet and winter weather grip. The model improves the high speed controllability throughout the drive. The flat footprint and the tread design's stabilized elements work together with the stronger internal structure that upgrades the surface contact. The constant surface contact enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The shoulder tread block placement increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface, boosting the cornering ability and power. The rigid tread elements and the Flask Siping pattern upgrade the braking capability, which shortens the braking distance. The reinforced internal structure and the silica compound's heat-resistant ability enable the tire to perform at high speed. They reinforce the structure against the high speed pressure, which guarantees a safer high speed performing capability. The Ziex ZE960 A/S promotes a longer tread life. The durable silica compound and the rigid tread design improve the usability. The silica compound is wear-resistant which reduces the tread wear rate with the special rubber materials. The optimal tread design stabilizes the tread elements. This actively prevents tread flexing, which avoids unnecessary friction between the tire and the road surface. The symmetric ribbed pattern also avoids irregular wear formations across the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking, actively preventing irregular wear formations along the tire's surface. This combination increases the service life and the model's usability.Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
