We all want to soar. Whether you’re a kid or all grown up, the idea of spreading your arms out and taking a run down the yard and taking off into the sky is a dream that we’ve all had at least a few times. (Even those of you afraid of heights. After all—you’re only afraid of falling.) But, when we grow up and look at our little tykes, we long to see their dreams come true. Flight is a pretty tall order, but everything our kiddos want are things that we do our utmost to fulfill. Now, combine that desire with one to live in a colorful and vibrant world. Especially if you happen to reside in a place that six months out of the year tend to be pretty drab in view, thanks to the sheen of snow and sleet that might cover the terrain, it’s tough to find that dream answered either! Such is the exact ordeal for a family of Blue Macaws residing in the icy realm of Midwest Minnesota. When the down home comforts of Midwest living are disrupted, it is time to learn how to soar. Good thing for Blu and for your sky’s-the-limit dreamer that there is an excellent guide to the exciting life of flight over Rio de Jeneiro! What better friend could anyone have than Jewel, an independent, lovely, and just-as-rare blue macaw! And, even better, you can know her pretty well, too, when you garb your toddler in this officially licensed Rio Jewel costume. Bring the fun of the movie to life with this multi-layered blue dress with vivid wing-shaped sleeves and feather shaped drapes. The headpiece is sculpted to give the look of the regal macaw and adorable shoe covers help to look like you’ve got a pair of talons, too! Pick up a couple extra sizes and you can relive the second movie with the whole family!
