RED LOBSTER COSTUMEWell, would you look at that! That must be the cutest crustacean costume we have ever seen, and that is saying something considering we have seen A LOT of costumes! Lobster is admittedly not the first animal we think of when we think of something cute. We think of baby pigs and puppies and bunny rabbits. If we had to think of an animal in the water it'd probably be a dolphin or a whale. So you can imagine our surprise when we realized how adorable this costume is. It totally had us rethinking whether lobsters are a cute animal or not. We looked up a couple pictures of lobsters to help us decide, and we promptly decided that lobsters are generally speaking very uncute. But, for whatever reason this costume totally makes it work! FUN DETAILS This costume is one of our more elaborate animal costumes, and we really like that about it! It starts with a red jumpsuit. This jumpsuit is covered in all the detailing they'll need to look like a lobster. The sleeves are capped with armholes that look like claws, and there are smaller legs running down both sides of the jumpsuit. For their feet, we've included the slip-on booties that match the costume perfectly. Last but definitely not least comes the hood. The hood has two big eyes on it and a couple antennas, leaving no question as to what this costume might be. THIS IS A BABY, NOT A REAL LOBSTERWe trust your judgment, of course. But, we do feel the need to point out the obvious here, just for the sake of being safe. This is NOT a real lobster. No matter how convincing it might look, it is still a baby. This in mind, babies don't live in the water, so we recommend keeping your child out of the water for the entirety of their time in costume.
