Eventide Tricerachorus

Eventide's TriceraChorus follows the evolutionary principle of transcend and include by combining the lush analog-style Bucket Brigade chorus of the past with their innovative MicroPitch detuning for a tone as wide and wild as a Cretaceous jungle.Inspired by the legendary Tri-Stereo Chorus and classic stompboxes of the late '70s and early '80s, it offers three independent chorus voices, left, center, and right, creating a stereo spread that practically swims through the air. Whether you're dialing it in on guitar, bass, synths, or even vocals, the result is a thick, syrupy modulation that drips with vintage charm and modern dimension. With its trio of voice modes, Chorus, Chorale, and Vibrato, the TriceraChorus can go from smooth and silky to rich and warbly, covering everything from dreamy textures to full-on psychedelic bliss. The built-in detune adds that sweet micro-shifted shimmer, while the “Swirl” footswitch tosses in a swirl of phasing, flanging, and Uni-Vibe-style mayhem when you’re ready to take things over the edge. Don't settle for re-creation when you can resurrect and improve.Eventide Tricerachorus Pedal FeaturesThree independent chorus voices: Left, Center and RightThree chorus types: Chorus, Vibrato, Chorale for a wide array of tonal possibilitiesDedicated “Swirl” footswitch capable of generating psychedelic flanging, phasing and Univibe-style tonesFive presets loaded at your feet with dozens more available with Eventide Device Manager (EDM) softwareDual-action Active Footswitch is latching or momentary.Rear panel Guitar/Line Level switch for matching levels with guitar, synths, FX loop or DAW interfaceMap any combination of parameters to an expression pedal.Use a single aux switch to tap Rate or a triple aux switch for easy preset changing (up/down/load).MIDI capability over TRS (with MIDI to TRS cable or converter box) or USB (with MIDI-host controllers)Multiple Bypass options: Buffered, Relay, DSP+FX or Kill dryCatch-up mode helps dial in your sound when toggling between presets/parameters.Eventide Device Manager PC or Mac application for software updates, system settings and creating/saving presetsEventide Tricerachorus Pedal SpecificationsInput: 1/4″ TRS / Mono = Tip, Stereo = Tip & RingOut 1: 1/4″ TS Mono / Mono OutputOut 2: 1/4″ TS Mono / Stereo OutputEXP: 1/4″ TRS / Expression pedal, Aux Switch or MIDI I/OMono/Stereo Switch: Sets Input to Mono (Tip) or Stereo (Tip + Ring)Guitar/Line Level Switch: Optimizes internal gain structureMini USB: Software updates, MIDI I/ODC Input Jack: 5.5mm / 2.1mm plug / Center Negative (-)Input Impedance: 700k ohms Mono, 990k ohms StereoMax Input, Guitar: +8dBuMax Input, Line: +14dBuOutput Impedance: 220 ohmsRecommended Load Impedance: 10k ohmsPower: 9V DC @ 300mA / Center Negative (-).
