Now, Cold Steel is bringing back their Commercial series paring knife and I couldnt be happier. Its sized to fit even a big mans hand and its two-time injected molded handle gives tremendous traction in the hand as well as comfort when used for hours and hours on end when cutting apricots for carrying or drying. Refunds
