The EW-DX-EM-4 receiver is the heart of Sennheiser's powerful, highly scalable EW-DX Evolution series digital wireless system. Designed for use with a wide variety of bodypack, handheld, head-worn, and lavalier transmitters (sold separately), the half-rack EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE supports four discrete simultaneous channels of communication from its standard 19" rack unit frame. Equidistant channel spacing and Auto Scan technology take the guesswork out of channel assignment and ensure interference-free transmission with minimal effort. Integrated Dante support offers three flexible network modes and allows multi-channel wireless operability over your existing in-house local network using standard CAT5 cables. Control options include the Smart Assist app for mobile devices (sold separately) and Wireless Systems Manager or Control Cockpit software (sold separately) for advanced system overviews of complex networked environments. EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE also features Ethernet control ports and AES-256 encryption so you can feel secure transmitting on IT networks. Since the audio is what matters, the system has been engineered with a 134 dB dynamic range, low noise floor, and a latency of only 1.9 ms so you hear everything, on time, as intended.Sennheiser EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE Applications:Education facilitiesCorporate campusesLive productionSennheiser EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE Includes:EW-DX EM 4 Dante rack receiverGA 3 rack mount kitEW-D Power Supply with country adapters2 rod antennas4 rubber feetSennheiser EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE Features:Four-channel digital full rack (19") receiver with internal PSU and with Dante® in rugged metal housingUp to 88 MHz switching bandwidthFour network ports for flexible network configurations - each port can be assigend as: Control, Control + Dante® Prim, Control + Dante® Sec, Dante® Prim, Dante® SecLow latency of 1.9 ms wireless transmission thanks to proprietary Sennheiser Performance Audio Codec (SePAC)134 dB input dynamic range - no need to set gain on your wireless transmitters at all, thanks to proprietary Sennheiser Performance Audio Codec (SePAC)Equidistant channel spacing to easily allocate intermodulation-free channels: Standard Mode with 600 kHz spacing for up to 146 channels; Link Density (LD) Mode with 300 kHz spacing for up to 293 channelsNetwork enabled for expanded remote control with Sennheiser Control Cockpit, Wireless System Manager (WSM - Available in mid-2023) and 3rd party media control systems via plug-inPower over Ethernet (PoE IEEE 802.3af Class 3)Ethernet connectivity (IPv4 and IPv6)Secure transmission of confidential content using AES 256 encryptionAutoScan-feature quickly scans your environment and deploys frequencies with equidistant channel spacing - even without RF knowledgeLink Quality Indicator (LQI) showing the quality of the links seperate to the RF levelsRemote control via Smart Assist App over Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) at distances up to 25 meters (Available in late 2023)Clear and easy focused user interface with OLED display, jog wheel navigation and control buttonsSelective headphone output with volume control on front panelExtended menu settings such as custom frequency list, selectable sync parameter and walk testExternal PSU 12V/1AWorldwide usage (specific frequencies subject to local RF regulations)Sennheiser EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE Specifications:Audio link frequency rangesQ1-9: 470.2 - 550 MHzR1-9: 520 - 607.8 MHzS1-10: 606.2 - 693.8 MHzS2-10: 614.2 - 693.8 MHzS4-10: 630 - 693.8 MHzU1/5: 823.2 - 831.8 MHz & 863.2 - 864.8 MHzV3-4: 925.2 - 937.3 MHzV5-7: 941.700- 951.800 & 953.050 - 956.050 & 956.650-959.650 MHzY1-3: 1785.2 - 1799.8 MHzBluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) frequency range: 2405 - 2480 MHzAudio frequency response: 20 Hz - 20 kHz (-3 dB) @ 3 dBfsTHD, total harmonic distortion: ≤ -60 dB for 1 kHz @ -3 dBfs input levelDynamic range: 134 dBSystem Latency: 1.9 msRF technology: Intelligent Switching DiversityOperating temperature: -10 °C - +55 °C (14 °F - 131 °F)Operating relative humidity: 5 - 95 % (non-condensing) Sennheiser EW-DX-EM-4-DANTE 4-Channel Dante Receiver - Q1-9.
