Rokinon Black Xeen 14Mm T/3.1 Pro Cine Lens (For Video Dslr Canon Ef Cameras)
Rokinon's XEEN™ 14mm T3.1 is designed specifically as a cinema lens, and has an internal focus design so that the lens does not change size while focusing, thus minimizing the appearance of "breathing" when changing focus. The lens is multi-coated for glare prevention, good contrast, and color-match to a factory standard, letting you assemble a set over time with minimal color shift, and provides what is considered a very wide angle of view on full-frame cameras, and a tighter angle of view on smaller formats. The lens also features dual-sided focus scales marked in feet, with dual-sided iris scales. Its 9-bladed iris provides a rounded aperture, giving natural looking highlights and bokeh. This lens is a manual focus and iris lens, so it does not have auto focus or auto iris capability. It incorporates cinema-style focus and iris gears that share the same position across the lenses in the XEEN series (other lensessold separately). The common 114mm front diameter allows for quick lens changes when employing a matte box and focus accessories. Its focus ring rotates 200° from close focus to infinity, giving you a high degree of precision when adjusting focus. This lens has an image circle that covers a full-frame sensor. When mounted on a camera with a full-frame sensor it provides you with a very wide angle of view.It features metal construction to withstand the rigors of daily production, and it incorporates a support that can help take strain off your camera's lens port.Dual right- and left-side focus and t-stop scales allow your focus puller to work from either side of the lens, without having to flip the lens in the mount, or facing upside numerals. All lenses in the XEEN series share common focus and iris gear ring positions, which speeds up lens changes as accessories such as follow focus units or iris motors don't have to be re-positioned.The common 114mm front diameter allows for quick lens changes as there's no need for you to have to swap out anti-reflection donuts or adapters to use the same matte box.The non-rotating front allows you to use optional clip-on matte boxes.Features clickless aperture ring for smooth iris pulls.A minimum focusing distance of 11" lets you get up close to your subject.Rokinon XEEN 14mm T3.1 Lens Features:6K-Ready OpticsFull Frame CoverageTightly Color MatchedDurable All Metal BodyUnified 40° Iris RotationUnified 200° Focus ThrowLarge Easy To Read MarkingsThree Year Limited WarrantyLens Support Mount (Except PL)XEEN Proprietary X-Coating TechnologyUnified 114mm Non-Rotating Front Diameters9-Bladed Diaphragm for Superb BokehDual Calibrated Right and Left Side Distance and T-Stop ScalesUnified Focus and Aperture Gear Positions for Easy Follow Focus UseMounts can be shimmed and are interchangeable by a qualified technicianIncredibly smooth and fully damped movement of focusing and aperture controlsRokinon XEEN 14mm T3.1Lens Specifications:Compatibility:Canon EF Mount: Model: XN14-CMicro Four Thirds Mount: Model: XN14-MFTFocal Length: 14mmMaximum Aperature: T3.1Coverage: Full Frame (FX)Aperture Range: T1.5 to T22Diaphragm Blades: 9Coating: XEEN X-Coating TechnologyMinimum Focusing Distance: 10" (.25m)Filter Size: 114mm Front Diameter sized for use with Standard 114mm Matte BoxesLens Hood: Built-InMaximum Diameter: 4.6" (117.6mm)Weight:XN14-C:XN14-MFT: 1,175gLength:XN14-C:XN14-MFT: 113.1mmNOTE:Actual product appearance may vary slightly from that shown above.
