The Evans Hydraulic Glass double ply skin is for a 22" Bass Drum Batter Head. An Evans tradition, hydraulic bass heads are deep, and produce that Funk `n groove of the 70s classic sound with a short sustain. You can tension it tight for a real thump or loose and slappy. Two plies sandwich a thin layer of oil between 0.178 mm and 0.165 mm skins. This gives the fat, wet sound that was pioneered in the 70's. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalized items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
